Firstly I'm unsure of the preflop play, should I fold, flat or 4 bet it vs uknown's 3bet? (Also unsure what players call 4bets with)

OTT do I just check/call and check/fold river as my best line? Because I feel I played this quite bad with the odd turn bet.
