NL25: TP2K, bad, dynamic turn 230BBs deep

CO: $59.20
BN: $58.35
SB: $34.34
BB: $63.67 (Hero)
HJ: $51.82
BTN 30/17 over 70 hands
Raise 1st BTN: 4/10
F3bet: 2/2
FCbet in raised pots: 4/5

SB 44/28 over 40 hands
Preflop ($0.35) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt Q K
HJ folds, CO folds, BN raises to $0.70, SB calls $0.60, Hero raises to $3.05, BN calls $2.35, SB calls $2.35
100 BBs deep I'd probably flat this a lot but felt like I should widen my value 3betting range when deep because many more worse hands will peel and big suited broadways have decent playability.
Flop ($9.40) 9 3 K (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $5, BN calls $5, SB folds
Turn ($19.40) 9 3 K J (2 Players)

Pretty much one of the worst cards in the deck since it improves KJ, JJ and also hands like J9s and the occasional QTcc/ss/dd. I made some sims about this spot and it came out that I'm not ahead vs his calling range anymore and likely won't get 3 streets from most Kx anyway. He can also make my life miserable on many river cards. I'm not saying he does this on purpose because he's likely fishy and rather str8 forward but he kinda automatically will.

So is this a spot where I'm better off checking and maybe even folding to a bet since most of his worse pairs will check back and basically all of his draws will have hit at least a J and very likely check back as well?
