River is interesting, a big part of his range should check back this river. Hes repping 7x (not a lot of them), TT, and AK,AQ (which most of them wont bet F and T).
On the other hand given his gap between VPIP/PFR he might have a bunch of spade draws, or 98s, or even might decided to turn hands like 33-66 into bluff (not sure about this)..
