NL25 easy fold on flop?

Preflop ($0.35) Hero is CO with A J

2 folds, Hero raises to $0.62, BN calls $0.62, SB calls $0.52, BB folds

Flop ($2.11) 2 5 4

SB checks, Hero checks, BN bets $0.75, SB calls $0.75, Hero folds

BU is random fish
SB regfish with stats 29/17. Cold call on SB 27%.

In my opinion its easy fold but I have a few arguments for call.

Fish could bet here any pair, pocket pair, draws. We have two overcards and to hit a pair can be very often nuts vs. fish + we have gutshot.

will something change if we're IP??
