I only have 192 hands of Villain and is 31/25/8 so maybe he's a REG.

How do you play QT OTR?

I think I don't XR too much OTF because these is a Flop very favourable to the CO so most of the time will be XC. Some QTs could be 3bet pre, so we have 12 combos, more or less, in this secuency.

I think the way to go could be mix Bet% + XR% with QT and balance the XR range with some QJ-JT.
