NL200 QTs in 5-Bet Pot 200BB deep

BN: $248.71
SB: $433.70
BB: $407.67 (Hero)
UTG: $556.01
HJ: $314.70
CO: $194.22
BTN is 26/19 with a F3B of 75% over 157 hands
SB is 28/27 with a 3-bet of 21.1% over 54 hands
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt T Q
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, BN raises to $6, SB raises to $18, Hero raises to $40, BN folds, SB raises to $87, Hero calls $47
Given each players stats and that my hand is pretty playable IP over the deep player, I elect to cold 4-bet.
SB makes the 5-bet really small and I'm getting a good price IP so I flat.
I think SB's range could be QQ-AA, AK, AQs, with some 5-bet bluffs that have blockers such as A2s-A5s
Flop ($201.00) 2 6 Q (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $65, SB calls $65
I debated whether or not I should bet or check here and also what sizing to use. Unless I improve, my hand is only worth 1 street or less of value imo.

My hand actually doesn't need much protection since I also have the combo draw with clubs. My hand has excellent equity even if I get check raised. I think my range betting range could look a lot like TT-JJ/AQ betting for protection as well.
Turn ($331.00) 2 6 Q Q (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks
Obviously a great turn card for us and now much less likely villain has AQ. His likely hand is now either a draw (which I block tons of combos) a bluff catcher with 2 outs, or AK.

I figure a free card at this point won't harm me and my hand looks weaker if I check the turn.
River ($331.00) 2 6 Q Q 2 (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $255.67, and is all in
Villain has $281.70 remaining in a $331 pot
I'm wondering if jamming is the correct bet size to use given that we want to be bluff jamming this river as well with missed clubs.
