NL200 Is calling down best here?

BN: $449.44
SB: $198
BB: $329.29
UTG: $242.77 (Hero)
HJ: $203
CO: $412.91
No reads on villain but he appears to be a weaker player due to his stack size and bet sizing pre-flop.
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q A
Hero raises to $6, HJ folds, CO folds, BN folds, SB raises to $14, BB folds, Hero calls $8
Flop ($31.00) 4 T 2 (2 Players)
SB bets $14, Hero calls $14
2 overcards + BDNFD vs. less than half pot bet. Can't see any other play than to call.
Turn ($59.00) 4 T 2 5 (2 Players)
SB bets $28, Hero calls $28
Turned a wheel draw and I'm still beating a lot of his bluffs. Again, less than half pot bet, great equity, so just call.
River ($115.00) 4 T 2 5 Q (2 Players)
SB bets $56, Hero calls $56
Rivered TPTK and again, facing less than half pot bet. All his heart draws bricked. I see some aggro fish play AK this way or some dumb hands like ATs. Still, I don't think I should/can raise here. Therefore call?
