NL200 Do we triple this? In fact, should I even cbet?

SB: $262.41
BB: $168.73
UTG: $203
HJ: $764.90
CO: $317.04 (Hero)
SB appears to be a fishy player, but small sample. 40/20
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A K
UTG folds, HJ folds, Hero raises to $6, BN folds, SB calls $5, BB folds
Flop ($14.00) 4 Q J (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $9, SB calls $9
Lots of draws and random naked offsuit cards that will fold to a bet here like 98o that I don't want seeing a turn for free. I think my cbet here will likely be a value bet often vs. flush draws, etc. and we have decent barreling opportunities/chances to improve.

I don't think this particular villain is going to CR me on this board too often. That being said AK has great SDV so I'm not sure if I should really be cbetting at all?

I feel like I have to start barreling since I did cbet the flop. It's looking like a triple barrel now.
River ($76.00) 4 Q J 6 8 (2 Players)

T9 got there and so did backdoor clubs such as a hand like JTcc/KJcc/A4cc
Also because he's fishy I don't think he's folding a Q that often.

Not sure if I should follow through with my barreling idea or just give up completely.
I'm also not sure if betting the flop or turn is just spew in this situation...
