NL200 2PTK in 3B pot facing river jam

BN: $411.74 (Hero)
SB: $196.59
BB: $698.19
UTG: $422.08
HJ: $112.46
CO: $202
Villain is 24/20 with a 3-bet of 20% (50% in SB) over a small sample (30 hands).
C-bet stat in non-3bet pots by street is 60/-/- (no data)
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A T
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, Hero raises to $5, SB raises to $20, BB folds, Hero calls $15
I feel ATs is a must defend vs. someone with a 3B stat this high.
Flop ($43.00) 8 3 T (2 Players)
SB bets $24, Hero calls $24
Easy defend with TPTK and BD equity.
Turn ($91.00) 8 3 T K (2 Players)
SB bets $34, Hero calls $34
I expect villain to bluff this card often with AQ/AJ/QJs/xxhh. I don't block any hearts.
River ($159.00) 8 3 T K 8 (2 Players)
SB bets $118.59, and is all in
Pretty safe card on the river. Now it's less likely he has 88. I block TT/AA/AK/KTs for his value hands. I don't block any hearts or QJs.

I feel I have to call this river given how passively I played my hand and how capped my range looks.
