No reads on vilain. He runs 31/26, 14.3% 3bet (36% (11) SB vs BTN). 92 hands.

Preflop is lose but it was the 4th time in 4 rows he 3bet me in SB vs BTN. I just wanted to see how he reacts to 4bet. Not the best hand but it flops decent and I block a few of his value hands with my J.

Here is my problem. I don't know what the best sizing is. I would usually Cbet pretty small here with my range but if I bet small and get shoved, I think I have to fold as his range would mainly be Ax and better FD. So I don't know if I should bet pretty big and call a shove or bet small or even Xb.
Thoughts?
thanx ^^
