NL2 - Should I 3barrel the river for value vs fish at this spot?

Blinds: $0.01/$0.02 (8 Players) MP+1: $2.04
CO: $2.00
BN: $2.00
SB: $2.72
BB: $2.22
UTG: $5.73 (Hero)
UTG+1: $4.03
MP: $1.39
Preflop ($0.03) Hero is UTG with A Q
Hero raises to $0.06, 6 folds, BB raises to $0.10, Hero calls $0.04
villain has overall vpip/pfr of 52/20 in 9max at 108 hands. Also his limp% was sth like 20-30% when I checked it. Very fishy. I don't give much credit to this min 3bet btw.
Flop ($0.21) A 8 9
BB checks, Hero bets $0.17, BB calls $0.17
Turn ($0.55) A 8 9 K
BB checks, Hero bets $0.40, BB calls $0.40
River ($1.35) A 8 9 K T
BB checks, Hero bets $1.60, BB calls $1.55 and is all in
Here there possible straights that can exist are: QJ, J7, 76. I don't think they have J7s here(they could show up with it but I think it would be rare). Now I don't about 76s if they would raise that pre. For QJ I think they would min 3bet that.

Since villain is fishy I thought I should go for value here. If they were not fishy then I would check behind since there are flush and straight possibilities plus villain could have got 2pair of AT at this river.
