NL2 - Overpair vs. Flop Raise

Blinds: $0.01/$0.02 (6 Players) BN: $2.63
SB: $2.11
BB: $2.03
UTG: $2.02
MP: $2.74 (Hero)
CO: $2.35
Preflop ($0.03) Hero is MP with A A
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.06, CO folds, BN calls $0.06, 2 folds
Flop ($0.15) 7 2 6
Hero bets $0.08, BN raises to $0.20, Hero folds

I have been struggling quite a lot with overpairs versus raises recently. So in general on this flop AA is one of the strongest hands I have in my range apart from 77 and 66 (I don't raise 22 from MP) and I assume that a fundamentally sound approach prohibits folding the top part of my range here.

However I almost never see semi-bluff raises here on the flop with FDs or SDs and so I turned to the strategy of vastly overfolding here against unknown villains and only continuing overpairs given the information that villain does bluff raise at least some amount of the time.

Is this okay or way too nitty?
