I'm IP plus villain's 3bet size is quite small so I figure calling is fine, even though he is quite passive

SB checks, Hero checks

Cuuld I bet here? I think flop hits my range better?

Pretty sure this is a bad call, not only is villain fairly passive, he bets big.
