villain is reg. I have 1300 hands on him. He plays 24/20 with 3bet = 11 and AF = 1.5. I generally have notes on him that he is aggresive and kinda loose, can 3barrel bluff me in 3bet pot on J high and so on.

1) Should i cbet this flop? I think that my equity is kinda ok, with gutshot and backdoors but not sure if its enough to cbet this.
2) Call on turn is debatable i guess ;-) But during the hand i imagined that he may bluff this so often. 8 is more often in his range i think and he can also do it with FD, a lot of straits draws and I decided to call. Now i see that its should be probably a fold..... What do you think?
3) We get our strait, but flush gets there, also other straits. Do we have a valuebet here? Probably not..... All his value raises on turn now beat us i think..... I decided to value bet $3,2 (over 70% of the pot) now i see that it was bad. If we want to value bet it should be thin like 30-35% to 8x call us, right?
