BB is weak player who plays 4 tabler, co seems agro regular ( don't have much stats but I think he is rather aggressive than passive).
If CO is smart enough he can put some raises here with blockers, since BB isn't strong with his size and I'm capped. Don't think population is bluffing here often enough, but for value he can have QQ(3), KK (1) and Q8(3). And in my thought process looks like BB had Qx himself :))
