NL100::sensible river shove?

SB: $100
BB: $21.80
HJ: $88.64
Preflop ($1.50) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt J A

Flop ($12.00) Q 6 A (4 Players)
SB checks, BB checks, CO bets $6, Hero calls $6, SB folds, BB calls $6
Turn ($30.00) Q 6 A 6 (3 Players)
BB raises to $12.80, and is all in, CO calls $12.80, Hero calls $12.80
River ($68.40) Q 6 A 6 Q (3 Players)
CO checks, Hero raises to $78.20, and is all in, CO folds
Final Pot

BB is 54/24/1 over 300 hands; CO is 24/17/1 over 3k hands.

first in, CO is opening 23% of hands from that position; there are enough dominated aces in that range that i think it makes more sense to call than to 3b pre.

flop call is standard; given the wideness of BBs preflop calling range, i think turn is okay too.

the river. since CO didnt raise turn or bet river, i was fairly certain he didnt have AA/AQ/QQ/66; my experience suggests hes a fairly straightforward reg.

i could have AQ though [or QQ/66 for that matter]. i was pretty sure i could get AK/AJ to fold, and if i bet like half pot on the river, i had a feeling i was going to be value-owning myself against AK more often than i was actually going to be getting a call from a hand like ATs.

thoughts on the way i played this hand?
