NL100 Value bet river or let villain bluff?

BN: $115.25
SB: $102.50
BB: $365.79 (Hero)
UTG: $47.60
HJ: $137.81
CO: $114.31
MP is 18/15 over 137 hands, seems like a solid TAG
BTN is completely unknown
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q T
UTG folds, HJ raises to $3, CO folds, BN calls $3, SB folds, Hero calls $2
Good pot odds to call, I don't think squeezing is good here vs. MP's 18/15 range plus we are slightly deeper than 100BB.
Flop ($9.50) T 3 7 (3 Players)
Hero checks, HJ bets $7.26, BN calls $7.26, Hero calls $7.26
Not sure if I have a check raising range here. Maybe 98s or 54s as some bluffs to balance sets/T7s?
Turn ($31.28) T 3 7 3 (3 Players)
Hero checks, HJ checks, BN bets $15, Hero calls $15, HJ folds
Good turn for me especially after MP checks. # of sets on this board is heavily discounted because I have a T and the turn is a 3. I think I have the best hand here a large % of the time.

BTN bets 1/2 which could be for value with one of the very few boats or for protection with a weaker K and maybe 99/88. I think he might also take a shot here with 98s but would likely bet a bit larger to get more folds.
River ($61.28) T 3 7 3 3 (2 Players)
Now we're never folding but how to get max value? 99/88 will check behind here but 98 might bluff.

I think a small 1/3 to 1/2 pot sized bet would be best to get value from worse boats.

Thoughts?
