Btn : reg quite agro postffop, quite sticky, plays nl200 too

i want to be hard to read, i will not often CB this board with air, so my X will often be a give up
or it will be a X/R but if i CB TP and sets my X/R rang is draw and easy to read
so i want to balance and sometimes i X/R sets, often combo draws and here i try to add TPTK too (dont know how good it is)
problem is if he 3bets without history i made a bluff with TPTK and fold :=(
but i expect him to see me on a draw since im suppposed to CB a lot of TP+ and since hhe s sticly he can call 1 (sure) and maybe 2 streets with pairs and draws (so i gain value against his draw)
what do you think of if? what is your X/R range here(nl200+ players)

i want to keep his draws, i want to size same as bluff so i size to be avble to shove river when i have sets or when i have FD and hit my flush river

if i X/F i m face up, so i guess i sould have to X my whole range including nuts
but i can really bet anything for value and i dont see what i can bluf if i shove
what would be your action here and sizing
