NL100 Tricky line with AA deep

BN: $378.05
SB: $187.12
BB: $309.06 (Hero)
UTG: $137.96
HJ: $326.31
CO: $157.55
UTG is 25/18 with F3B 80%
BTN is 27/21 with F3B 29%
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A A
UTG raises to $3, HJ folds, CO folds, BN calls $3, SB folds, Hero calls $2
I decided to be tricky here and flat with AA. I think there's value in flatting AA sometimes when deep (as I am with BTN) since people will exclude it from your hand range and you can cause them to make a huge mistake.

That said this is by no means a standard play for me. I was 3+ hours into my grind session and have been playing with these regs back and forth for a while so I decided to mix it up a little.
Flop ($9.50) 9 T 5 (3 Players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $6, BN folds, Hero calls $6
I don't have a C/R range on this board so I just flat.
Turn ($21.50) 9 T 5 5 (2 Players)
Hero bets $14.50, UTG raises to $31, Hero raises to $300.06, and is all in, UTG calls $97.96, and is all in
Excellent turn card for us since it makes 55 less likely and we just counterfeited T9 if he had it. Plus it gives overpairs a lot of confidence against us for the exact same reasons. I don't think villain has many 5x in his UTG range either.

I decide to donk bet so that villain can call (or raise) me with worse. He does elect to raise. I think he's mostly doing this for value with QQ/KK or sometimes as a bluff with QJ/87s (though I would think he would make his bet size larger so that he could call a jam).

It's also possible he's making a small raise with 99/TT or A5s, but I think he would also just flat those hands often given how strong they are and how unlikely giving a free card would help my hand.

So I figured that his most likely range is QQ/KK here and I go for the bet-jam line. Also, I have no idea how I would balance this... it just felt like the right thing to do in the moment given how I played pf...
