NL100 TPTK in 3B pot vs. flop minraise

MP is 28/24 over a small sample. BB is unknown but I noticed he is from Germany and sitting with less than a full stack.

Not sure if 3-betting or flatting is better here.
BB flats my 3-bet giving MP a better price to flat as well (widens his range to suited hands and pocket pairs).

Excellent flop... or is it? BB minraises me here.
I think his flatting 3-bet range that could minraise the flop is: AQ, 99, slowplayed AA/KK, and add some donkish hands like KQ/Q9s
The only semi-bluff available on this flop is JTs and it's unlikely he would minraise that and shut out MP from calling.
Folding, calling, and shoving all feel so dirty :(
