I don't know if I should be cold 4-betting this tbh but I feel that I have to otherwise I'm going to get a huge multiway pot OOP.

I feel this is a bad river card for us since 99 just made a boat and would take this same line. He might also have checked flop with JJ or a flush draw fearing a check/raise with a hand like AQhh or KQhh. I wouldn't expect him to have 22/88 in his range. I also don't expect him to thin value bet with a hand like AJo or TT. Maybe the 1 other combo of QQ might take this line as well and I folded a chop. I don't see many bluffs in his range on this river.
