NL100 Marginal Hand OOP Trying to Improve My Range Construction

This is more of a theory question as I have noticed that I am making some bad decisions when trying to decide which hands to bet and check as PFR when I get called by someone with position on me. Here is a hypothetical scenario and some questions if anyone fancies discussing this in more detail.

So in the example hand we are 100bb deep and raise CO with 65ss and get flat called by BTN who is a reg but we dont know his postflop tendencies.

Flop is KhKd5h so we flop a pair.

Seems a straight forward scenario but I have come up with the following questions that I cant find an obvious solution for.

We have more high pairs and Kx hands than villain assuming he 3bets his strong hands in this scenario so to some extent we have a range advantage on this type of board. I still dont know what our plan should be with hands like this good A high hands and pairs like 66 and 77.

Would you cbet because we have a strong range and can fold out overcards or other hands with decent equity?

If you do cbet do you then just check fold most turns with these hands as then it seems like we can be exploited with a float often?

Would you have a check call range on this flop and if we have to balance this by having some strong hands do we lose too much EV by not betting our strong hands in order to protect this part of our range? I guess what I mean is does it matter if our check call range is exploitable if we are mainly betting on this board.

I may be way overthinking this type of situation but if anyone wants to discuss one or more of these questions that would be great.
