NL100 deep blind vs blind

Pretty much no history vs this player but he looked like a reg, I have very little experience at these stakes. Usually people has some bluffs so calling pre is fine I think. Flop is normal I think? On the turn I noticed his small betsize which made me remove some draws or very strong hands from his range as I do think he would be betting larger with those. I also realize that my Q is probably never good but I do get odds to draw my plan is obviously to value bet if I hit my flush or bluff the diamond flush on the river. At river I do not think he ever has a flush and my Q is not good enough to check back so I decide to bet. I realize I rep very thinly but In a spot like this me as well as other regs are probably bluffing close to 0%.
