NL100 200BB river bluff shove, sick or spew?

BN: $200.24 (Hero)
SB: $265.07
BB: $112.69
UTG: $241.88
HJ: $265
CO: $74.21
SB appears to be a fishier player 31/6 with 3-bet of 12.5% over a small sample and MP is a LAG regular 31/29.
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt T Q
UTG folds, HJ raises to $2.50, CO folds, Hero calls $2.50, SB raises to $6, BB folds, HJ calls $3.50, Hero calls $3.50
Flop ($19.50) J 9 7 (3 Players)
SB bets $12, HJ calls $12, Hero calls $12
Turn ($55.50) J 9 7 A (3 Players)
SB bets $25, HJ calls $25, Hero calls $25
River ($130.50) J 9 7 A T (3 Players)
SB checks, HJ bets $47, Hero raises to $157.24, and is all in

SB probably has a 1 pair type of hand like AQ/AK/QQ/KK or possibly a set like JJ that is now checking OTR because he sees a 4-straight and is not thinking about our ranges.

MP is likely going for thin value based on his bet sizing with a hand like AJ/AT/JT, or a weak set like 77 that was afraid to raise the flop (shutting me out) or the turn (SB could have JJ/AA).

If I shove here, SB certainly can't call me with MP still being left to act and having more money behind than me.

How many straights do I have in my range? Probably not that many. But I think out of the 3 players in this pot I probably have more straights than either of them given how I've always been last to act getting amazing pot odds/implied odds.

Sick shove or just massive spew?
