Ok, this is pretty interesting! Let´s assume, i 5bet/shove instead of 5bet and calling of 6bet!
The math looks like this: 5,17/5,17+3,15+4,07= 0,4172
That means, with rake i nead around 43-44 Equity:

So, is this than a fold? And on the other way, is it possible to prize me in with a 5bet, because in this Hand i need 20% to call. Strange for me :-D
