Villain has been playing 33/23 for 200ish hands and is one of the looser regs around.
He steels 100% from SB (11 observations), so his range is pretty wide. I think we can both either call or 3bet preflop - folding is not an option.

Seems pretty standard with calling w. FD and BDSD and again when picking up a pair.
River
He bets 55% pot which seems like a value/blocking bet. Do we ever raise fold in this spot or if we raise is it to get it in? I often loose value here, so looking at hands where I have a strong made hand by the river as preflop caller.
Thoughts on how do we get the most value here on the river?
Thanks!
