NL10€ - hitting flush on river - raise for value?

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $11.90
SB: $10.05
BB: $11.99 (Hero)
UTG: $29.44
MP: $18.84
CO: $9.76
Villain has been playing 33/23 for 200ish hands and is one of the looser regs around.
He steels 100% from SB (11 observations), so his range is pretty wide. I think we can both either call or 3bet preflop - folding is not an option.

Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BB with 8 7
4 folds, SB raises to $0.24, Hero calls $0.14
Flop ($0.48) 2 T A
SB bets $0.29, Hero calls $0.29
Turn ($1.06) 2 T A 8
SB bets $0.73, Hero calls $0.73
River ($2.52) 2 T A 8 4
SB bets $1.41, Hero calls $1.41

Flop and Turn
Seems pretty standard with calling w. FD and BDSD and again when picking up a pair.

River
He bets 55% pot which seems like a value/blocking bet. Do we ever raise fold in this spot or if we raise is it to get it in? I often loose value here, so looking at hands where I have a strong made hand by the river as preflop caller.

Thoughts on how do we get the most value here on the river?

Thanks!

Edit: Changed headline as it was not zoom/speed table...
