NL 50 - JJ on BB, Facing BTN open and SB 3Bet

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: $54.60
SB: $50.00
BB: $70.48 (Hero)
UTG: $52.85
MP: $246.23
CO: $78.32
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BB with J J
3 folds, BN raises to $1.09, SB raises to $4.50, Hero calls $4.00, BN folds
BTN is somewhat nitty reg, his overall stat sare 19/17 and opens 42% on the BTN. Today he's playing looser than normal.
SB is a good reg, 22/17 3betting 10% vs BTN steals and 7% from SB. I don't have the specific stat: 3bet from SB vs BTN steal, however this should be enough to comment the hand

I called preflop because BTN is playing looser so SB should 3betting more, so JJ is a good hand vs SB's range. Also, if I 4bet, I doubt I can call a shove profitably.
Flop ($10.09) 5 8 9
SB bets $5.50, Hero calls $5.50
Turn ($21.09) 5 8 9 8
SB bets $13.00, Hero calls $13.00
River ($47.09) 5 8 9 8 7
SB bets $27.00 and is all in, Hero folds
River call? Any street should be played differently?
