Nl 50, close preflop and flop play.

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (3 Players) SB: $51.86
BB: $40.00
BN: $54.73 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BN with Q 8
Hero raises to $1.00, SB raises to $4.00, BB calls $3.50, Hero calls $3.00
SB is 16/12/6 on 160 hands, BB is 26/19/10 on 70 hands.

I think preflop is very very close. I called only because I have good pot-odds and playability while being in position with one player having his range face-up. I would prefer Q9s though.
Flop ($12.00) 4 6 8
SB checks, BB bets $6.75, Hero calls $6.75, SB folds
BB leads which is not a good situation for me. I asked advice from PokerSnowie and he suggests to fold here.
I think without BDFD and with one player behind fold is actually better.
Turn ($25.50) 4 6 8 Q
BB bets $10.50, Hero calls $10.50
18.75 left
Jam seems like correct play, but after a small bet his range is mostly JJ-TT-99 which I expect him to fold on raise. Maybe he will make a mistake with them on later streets. My hand is vulnerable overall, but not vulnerable against his capped range.
River ($46.50) 4 6 8 Q A
BB bets $18.75 and is all in, Hero calls $18.75
Nothing I can do here.
Final Pot BB lost and shows a pair of Kings.
BN wins and shows two pair, Queens and Eights.
BN wins $82.50
Rake is $1.50

Correct play?

Opponent showed KK which makes me reconsider my preflop, flop and turn play, because my assumptions on his range was wrong. If his range is that strong, I dont need to call preflop, nor to call flop, and jam turn is def better.
