NL 400 6max: Set in 3bet pot 180bb deep

BB: $1171.88
UTG: $423.48
HJ: $400
CO: $502.55
BN: $417.80
SB: $732.61 (Hero)
Villain is fishy, but I didn't know it when the hand was played. I was fairly new at the table, despite my stacksize. His stats are: 48/29/9 but only 55 hands.
Preflop ($6.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt T T
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, BN folds, Hero raises to $10, BB raises to $26, Hero calls $16
I think it's standard so deep.
Flop ($58.00) T 7 2 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BB checks
I might lead, but hoped for a c/raise.
Turn ($58.00) T 7 2 J (2 Players)
Hero bets $36, BB calls $36
I guess I could bet more.
River ($130.00) T 7 2 J 3 (2 Players)
Hero bets $104, BB raises to $308
Ok, so I think we only bluffcatching here. And I know he represents a super narrow range, because JJ, flushdraws would have cbet flop, maybe 89 if he 3bets it preflop, but does it make sense for him to bluff this river? And I know GTO wise, if I fold tens here, he has a super profitable raise, but I think, against this specific villain, I don't need to play balanced.
