Nit fold on turn... Is it?

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $41.82
SB: $9.90
BB: $14.05
UTG: $8.32
MP: $11.40
CO: $12.92 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is CO with A J
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.40, Hero calls $0.40, 3 folds
Flop ($0.95) T 7 A
MP bets $0.91, Hero calls $0.91
Turn ($2.77) T 7 A J
MP checks, Hero bets $1.32, MP raises to $4.00, Hero folds

Just thoughts on checking back?

Flop call is maybe even a little loose considering pre flop and flop sizing of bets?

But anyway when I'm check raised here i discount bluffs as they would keep barreling being out of position id imagine. So then i look at value hands i beat and only possibility is A10 which would also double barrel.

If my hand isn't good enough to be bet GII here should i be checking back? If I'm honest i was expecting a check call from AK but yeah that doesn't check raise was just a bit confused with what i should do there with all my range?

Obv bet GII with KQ but if I'm bet folding top two surely thats so exploitable i should be checking back?

Confused
