Rly want to get better , cause right now my poker experience feels like i know a few things, but cant crush micros still (for past months i was up and down for 100 BI twice on NL 10). Now i want to learn more, so i took a step back to NL5 and also started PLO.

MP feels like regular over 250 hands (26\23) and SB is mostly anknown (50 hands 31\10)
I dont understand how to play in this situations. I feel like i lost too much on river hero calls, thats the reason i played river this way. The are a lot of bluffs on river and even some value hands that we beat. But still this sizing is more like a value sizing and i dont think he would bet AJ or worse hand like this.
