Hi, imagine a situation when we are MP or CO and UTG opens (Reg player)

I am thinking about strategy when I dont have cold call range in this situationa.

If we have in this positions cold call range it is pretty heavy to play. We are at risk of sqeezee from other players. Or after us they can overcalls.

What is your range in this positions?
Any tips or questions to think about?
