Live 1-3 preflop Range construction question

Ill start off with description of villain

V1- Young splashy player who is opening close to 100% from bttn and straddles bttn often, will bomb things like J5o preflop and attack limpers and is capable of barreling light. He typically opens between 5-7x pre, and occasionally min raises. I also know he doesnt really like to fold preflop

V2 - is a cally fish who doesnt like to fold. Think he is capable of overplaying weak/mid strength hands relatively frequently.

5 handed
Tight passive old man limps CO, V1 on bttn raises to $6, SB V2 calls Hero has K5ss on BB and 110 bb with Bttn and SB has $150

Hero 3-bets to $30

Basically, the main reason im reraising here is I have a playable hand, a high card, and villain is min raising. On the other hand, even with him min raising, I do expect to get called at a relatively high frequency which will encourage the SB to defend super wide as well. In a case like this, I probably shouldnt reraise K5s here, and stick to things like KQ, AJ, ATs+, 99+, JTs +, . I am wondering about things like KJo, QJo, ATo, A9s, T9s? I suppose just a linear range in general would be good. Suited broadways and big offsuit broadways and PP's 99+

KJo and QJo probably dont play super well 3 way in a bloated pot however and maybe just get called?
