Struggled to decide on the river here if I should be shoving/betting or check/calling. His stats were 24/14 with a 14% 3b over 30 hands.

In the hand I decided to check because of all the flush draws that missed. The only hands I can see him calling with OTR is like Qx with the Qh.

I think he folds all his pairs that he called twice with. When he snap shoves the river, what do you think on the river?
