Definitely a flop I'm looking to check sometimes with my overpairs that contain a club. Decided to c-bet this time.

Felt a bit confused at this point in the hand. Basically checked because I feel like I have a hand that can call two streets pretty comfortably.

I felt comfortable going for value, given he checked back the turn. When he shoved, I felt his range was very polarized. I don't think he would ever check back a non-nut flush on the turn, as most people would not want to let a hand like mine (pair+FD going for pot control) draw for free. Even then, I definitely don't think he would be checking back all his nut flush combos ott.
For this big of a river shove, his play wouldn't make sense for his range unless he can have the nuts, right?
Another value hand that comes to mind is 88. Even then, my intuition told me he wouldn't necessarily shove with that hand, maybe raise to like $46 to target my weaker one pair hands that contain a club.
I feel like my perceived range in this spot is very capped. In 3 bet pots, typical regs fast play their value, so when I slow down ott, I would expect villain to assume I seldom have a flush. Also, my river sizing kind of telegraphs the strength of my hand; I bet just over 60% of the pot, a size that most villains would read me as never having two pair or better.
Because I felt he had very few combos of the nut flush, and at most three combos of 88, and I was in a spot where I felt guys would over bluff, trying to exploit my very capped range, I decided to call.
Thanks!
