This hand actually happened after the previous KK (clear example of learning from my mistakes! :p) - I kept thinking about that previous spot while grinding, and it was so funny when I got to this one. It was almost like deja vu. :p
So, yeah, I lead here - same reasons as in the previous KK hand - to get some thin value/protection.
