Recently purchased "From the Ground UP" series made by Peter Clarke and in the video 'call only strategies vs cbets' the following hand came up.

BU open 3bb, SB calls, BB calls.
Flop (9bb) Kh-9h-3c
BU cbets 7bb, sb folds, Hero ?

For me personally this is a spot where if I didn't 3bet 99 I would raise 33, 99 for 6 combos, then some combo draws
A3h (1), J10h (1), QTh (1), QJh (1), some other nfd draws maybe throw in some QcTc hands with bdfd as well.

However, in this video Peter talks about not having a raising range on this texture and it's better to flat call. Is this a leak of mine by raising here given a semi wet board?
