villain is 45/23 over 88 hands / 83% fold to 3 bet (5/6) / agg 3.0 / first time 4 betting

for pf action, im not sure about this one between calling,shoving and folding. I never seen this guy 4 bet so far so maybe he has a premium or maybe hes just 4 betting with a marginal hand its hard to say. I decided to call because mostly of good odds and because im in position if i hit a J a probably get action vs that guy

on the flop, when he shove jam for 2X the pot i dont really know what is the better +ev option. should i call or fold, this was a very hard spot for me cause i just fell like villain can just be shoving all his 4 bet light that didnt hit that board. but bet is so big that he needs to bluff a lot to make my call profitable. what do you guys think of that one?
