Villain has high SB steal but is usually weak post flop without initiative, hence my 3bet. His stats are 25/21

Comments on bet sizing on flop and turn would be nice but would like to know how you would play the river. 

Obviously I only have the second nuts so if I half pot it and he shoves I have a decision to make - could I fold? 

(By the way, Ive exported from HM2 but can't work out which format to export to show on here?)
