isolating limpers

Hello Guys!

Nowdays I pimp my preflop sheet:

This is an older version, I made a lot of changes.

In the morning, I checked the open raise versus limper, and I really surprised:

Before that I just thought, we can isolate with all of our standard, but it isn't true. Is it?
I mean:
- limpers are pisces most of the time
- we can collect more dead money
- we can play a bigger pot IP.

What do you think about it?
Do we really have to leave weaker openers from our standard opening range? e.g. A2o-A8o, 22-55, J2s-J5s, etc...
