Hey. I played a session without a HUD yesterday and felt really good about. I was really concentrated on making the best theoretical play which prevented me from making big mistakes. I've also been a little obsessed with stats like 'I should have X% 3-bet and x% c-bet' so I wanted to take a break from that and see how I go without checking my stats for the session. Is that something that is worth doing regularly? I'm thinking about playing without a hud once a week now. Does any of you do that?
