vilain seems inpredictable, and getting more agressive to not get runned over

when I see a min 3b from a fishy weird player it includes a bunch of Ax hands leaning toward A rags more often

here I assume he would cb his entire range ... as much as draws, Qx, 9x and check all his sets ...

w/ my call I m perceived w/ a bunch of draws, straight draw , and flush draws and this is where I feel a bit lost w/ my decision to raise all in , call, or raise a certain amount ....
-If I call I let him improve his possible draws, and could get bluffed or valued on any scary River card , like clubs, Ax, T, 8, and also the J ... which makes a bunch of difficult river spot.
-while going all in I think I disguise my Qx w/ more draws, so I can get called by strong draws + 9x sometimes ...
