especially if u are in BB ... and i.e. CO opens to 4bb.. but defaultly u have set ranges for facing i.e. 3bb open... i.e. 26% defend.. so how much u tighten your range when someone open to 4bb or 5bb ? some formula?
do u 3bet against it wider than usual, since u can win more if he folds?
