This is quite a loose open from me in MP, but the CO and BTN were nits so i was expecting to play in position
When he 3 bets i need 33% equity which i just about have against a 10% range

I need 20% equity to call. Is this a bad call? I have a gut shot straight, I'm in position and villain if cbetting 75% of the time. I feel like i could take this hand down later. However, Jd isn't a clean out for me.

Now i pick up a straight either side, though again diamond outs aren't clean. I need 25% equity to call

I dont get there and I dont think i can do anything but fold. I thought about jamming but there wasn't much behind and villain would be priced to call quite wide
Final Pot
SB wins $2.85
Rake is $0.12
Rake is $0.12
I am not happy with how i played this, but i am not sure what i should be doing instead. I am conscious that my calls seem quite loose if i then just fold if i dont make it. Do i need to be jamming the turn to get some fold equity?
