I am a midstakes (400-600) grinder,

At the moment i am trying to create a whole lot of different - somewhat - unexploitable ranges, opening-ranges, however i am having a problem doing it in some situations. 

For example in the SB, while creating my 3-betting range, i find it very difficult to judge whether a hand like K7s is a better 3-bet bluff than for example 75s. 

Do we have any qualitative method to measure which one is best? Could we put up a reasonable opening range from the button and then compare different hands equitys against that range?
