How to find EV of Checking Calculation?
Assume:
-HU Only vs. One villain
-OTR Only
Say the pot is $100 and we are 60% vs. villain's river range OTR.
I always thought the EV of Checking in this spot was (100*0.6) = +$60
But recently...
Someone told me that this EV calc for checking was wrong and that this is the right one... P(villain xb)EV(villain xb) + P(villain bets)EV(villain bets).
Which one do i use help?
