How to defend v flop donks CO v blinds

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (5 Players) SB: $9.10
BB: $11.06
UTG: $10.80
CO: $12.38 (Hero)
BN: $24.48
Villain is 23/23 over 15 hands, so essentially unknown.
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is CO with Q T
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.25, 2 folds, BB calls $0.15
Flop ($0.55) 4 2 2
BB bets $0.30, Hero raises to $1.05, BB calls $0.75
I have to admit that raising these flop leads with a big part of my range is something that I do fairly regularly. What would you think he'll lead the flop with ? When he calls PF, I would think he has mostly PPs, Ax and some lower suited broadways so that he will have an overpair 55-TT/JJ or overcards most of the time.
Turn ($2.65) 4 2 2 8
BB checks, Hero checks
I wasn't sure about whether to continue betting or not, that's because I have a hard time figuring out what he will fold on an 8h. My first thought at the table was " not such a good card for me" therefore I decided to give up here. It was pretty clear OTF that I wouldn't have that many barrel outs.
River ($2.65) 4 2 2 8 2
BB bets $1.10, Hero folds
Final Pot BB wins $2.53
Rake is $0.12

Looking forward to some thoughts ! Thanks
