sorry that i am posting here, and sorry for my bad english, but it is not my native language. But i think, here i can get good answers (maybe :-D ). i am a NL10 Player!

How can i construct correct stealingranges vs. different type of players in the Blinds? Are there any type of formulas, that i can use? For example: SB folds 80% and BB folds 60% to a steal and 3bets 10% of the time. Now we can´t steal any two, but how should my range look like. Should i steal 50% or 40% or 30%. And how much should i defend?? I know, that i should defend at least 23% of my range, if he 3bets to 10 bbs, and i can have value 4bet, a bluff 4bet, and a callingrange. But how should, and can i determine, with what kind of range i should open?
