I think I like hero's cbet OTF, despite it being Qxx, villain seems like a total fish, so his range is so much wider than Qx,Jx etc. So I think the cbet just takes it down enough to be +EV. I am very confused with his minriase on a dry flop. There are no draws, I suppose he can have all sets, and maybe does it with AQ, which is bad if we hit an A, so I think I would fold the flop also.
