Help with River Bet Sizing vs. Capped Villain Range

UTG: $11.01
HJ: $54.79
CO: $40.85
BN: $25
SB: $24.72
BB: $27.14 (Hero)
Note: I don't use a HUD bc/ I am too old.

Villain is on a bunch of tables and has a pro sounding name.
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 6 6
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, BN raises to $0.85, SB folds, Hero calls $0.60
Flop ($1.80) 9 T A (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN checks
Turn ($1.80) J (2 Players)
Hero bets $1.35, BN calls $1.35
Villain is going to have Tx or 9x here a ton of the time.
I think a brick turn (deuce or whatever) is an easy 2 barrel which he'll be unable to call.
I don't mind the jack because it was going to be a 2 street bluff anyway, but does anyone abort because of the added two pair combos he can now have?
River ($4.50) 7 (2 Players)
Hero bets $1.85
I was ready to bet 3/4 pot on a brick, but this exact river is pretty interesting IMO.
If I 3/4 this I look pretty FOS I think... thoughts on sizing here or any part of the hand?
